FAQs

Q: Is Perfect Imprints an advertising agency?

A: We consider ourselves a creative marketing agency. This means that, while we can help with all your traditional advertising needs, we take a more holistic approach. Our strategic approach targets the ideal types of clients for your company through a mix of traditional advertising, digital marketing, promotional products, and more. This results in less wasted marketing funds and more impressions with your target audience.

Q: What areas do you serve?

A: Our reach is nationwide. We have clients in all 50 states and a few internationally. However, we love our local community and serve many clients in Destin, Fort Walton Beach, 30A, and the Orlando area.

Q: How long has Perfect Imprints been in business?

A: We formed in 1999 as an online company with an emphasis on promotional products and screen printing. From there, we blossomed into a full-scale marketing agency offering advertising and branding services.

Q: What sets you apart from other advertising agencies?

A: We have a diverse staff made up of creative individuals each bringing their own unique skills and expertise. Collectively, our team approach ensures your company is best represented for all of your advertising needs.

Q: What kinds of industries and businesses do you work with?

A: We work with a variety of industries in both the B2B and B2C spaces. Every company is unique, and we are careful to treat each client with the attention needed to ensure their success- no matter their industry.

Q: I’m just starting my company. Do I really need an agency so soon?

A: We recommend getting started with an agency as soon as possible when starting your company. In today’s age, a quality web presence is critical to getting a company started up. The sooner we begin working with a new business, the sooner that business benefits from our strategic marketing.

Q: Can’t I just manage social media on my own?

A: Theoretically, yes. Imagine your strategic marketing much like your maintaining your business’s building. While some things can easily be done yourself, like answering comments on social media, some things just shouldn’t be DIY. Think of your developing social media strategy like rewiring your business’s electrical system- you probably want someone with proven experience and extensive knowledge to manage things that so deeply affect your profits.

Q: What does your new client onboarding process look like?

A: We offer a free 1-hour consultation with an Account Manager so we can learn about your business and target market. The account manager will then prepare a strategic plan and present recommendations to you. From there, you’ll be able to choose the best plan for your needs and set the plan in motion with your account manager. Of course, after that, your account manager will maintain regular contact & continue to provide you with the highest quality of services.

Q: What social media sites do you work with?

A: Depending on your needs, budget, and target audience, we will develop a strategic plan, carefully choosing platforms to utilize. Our most common platforms are Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and Pinterest. If other platforms are particularly useful for your business, we will ensure your account manager prepares content accordingly.

Q: Do you offer email marketing strategy and campaign creation?

A: We do! For more information, please visit our email marketing page.
