Custom Hot Chocolate for First City Bank

First City Bank is all about appreciating their customers. This bank has that feel of a small hometown bank because they know their customers. At First City Bank, you are more than an account number.

That’s why they like to show their appreciation to their customers. During one of the customer appreciation events, they wanted to give out hot chocolate to their customers. Their budget for this project was not big, so we designed these custom decals to go on top of standard Swiss Miss hot chocolate packets. We applied the decals and delivered the hot cocoa packets to their main branch.

Whether their customers made a hot chocolate while visiting the bank or they took a packet home, they were reminded that First City Bank appreciate them.

Customer appreciation giveaways and events don’t have to be elaborate and expensive. It’s the small things that count. This was a raving success with their customers.
